Not entirely true, The Gravity Falls Multiverse does have 11 dimensions, as stated by WoG and published canon contant from the production of the Third Journal. It was just decided that Bill himself wasn't 11 dimensions, which I vehemently disagree with but since the democratic nature of the site is the way it is, I really had no option to say otherwise. Point being, High 2-A could be a possibility, it also sort of supports the notion of 11 dimensional bill but I'll hush for now.

The difference is that the aliens coexisted in different universes compared to an actual 5th dimension that Stanford has stated. I don't think that is relevant because this seems to be about an actual 5th dimensional plane of existence.

It's been stated Bill is indeed a threat to GF's Multiverse in Book III. This comes from Book III as well also I think. I don't see why he shouldn't be 5D if this is legitimate either.

The potential destruction of the entrance of the Nightmare Realm & Weirdmageddon when unrestricted would be able to scale to that since Ford talked about what will Bill's Weirdmageddon may do to their universe (this was discussed during the 1st part of Weirdmageddon (IIRC) in the TV series in a scene where Ford explained about it) since it can eventually cause the Big Rip of their Universe (the Big Rip can also destroy Space-Time) when left unchecked.

The thing is that by saying "Universe," I'm actually referring to the infinite multiverse itself and if it wasn't for the Weirdness Barrier, the entrance of the Nightmare Realm & Weirdmageddon will continuously spread throughout the multiverse and completely destroy all infinite alternate dimensions/timelines from existence, if not stopped as supported by Bill Cipher taking this "worldwide."

The rating I prefer for Unrestricted Bill Cipher would be: "2-A physically. At least 2-A, potentially High 2-A via Weirdmageddon."

Also, well, the Time Baby said Bill would destroy the "fabric of existence", so he probably didn't just mean the infinite multiverse, but all dimentions of it as well.

I agree unless someone has a undisprovenable argument to deny it.

i can agree to this. I have the book in my hand rn and ford basically means "****, why did i not take another semester of 5th dimensional calculus!??!?!?" he could not have built parts of the portal without the knowledge of that level of calculus and could be applied.

It can perhaps have 11 dimensions but we didn't upgrade him. His feat is 2-A at any proper reasonable assumption. We need evidence that the writers are including the Higher Dimensions into consideration.

Imagine if we made every multiverse-buster in Marvel and DC High 1-B.
