Unless Wolverine's packing some silver, he won't be able to kill Bigby. His claws are strong enough to severely wound Bigby to submission. Though I also think that Bigby won't be able to kill Wolverine. but his wind powers offer too much range and power for Wolvy to close the gap with his claws. Bigby's huff and puff are as strong as a hurricane so Wolv'ys gonna have a hard time getting past that.
