Half of Gru's M.O. is sneaking into highly-guarded bases of operation (Vector's, El Macho's, etc) and stealing valuable things from them. Why doesn't his profile list him as having stealth mastery? Same goes for his Minions.

Maybe because the only reason he managed those is luck, remember how he fell for every trap on El Macho's base? Or how he failed a bunch of times before he managed to get what he wanted from Vector. Giving him stealth mastery is like giving a kid stealth mastery for playing hide and seek.
