Mitsuru is immune to Ice (up to Low 2-C, equalizing with P5), so that puts BC at a massive disadvantage. Mitsuru also bypasses resistances with Megidolaon, or if she wants to save SP, just negate BC's resistance to ice manip and use Bufudyne. All Persona users have non-physical interaction, so intangibility is useless. The best thing BC has going for it is its invisibility and flight, which would make it a difficult target.

Putting Mitsuru against an Ice User is honestly one of the worst matchups in favor of the ice used due to how ridiculous Megalidon and Ice Break are, as well as her resistance
