Big boss speed

Why is big boss massively hypersonic? Theres no link suggesting that he dodged volgins lightning solid snake and null are above big boss and they both wore exoskeletons to improve their combat abilities at one point in the story (after big boss died) and the ocelot feat is calced to be hypersonic
 
idk why profile says BB dodged lightning when it should say he scales to ocelot who can react to lightning
