Beyonder was fully retconed, story is intact but Beyonder was fully retconed. His personality, character, history, power levels, etc, etc, all gone.

there is a scan where it says that all the feats of the pre-retcon Beyonder are actually an illusion made by the post-retcon Beyonder

They're canon but you really shouldn't take them solely at face value either in terms of story events for the sake of profiling. That entire saga has been retconed or altered at least a dozen times at this point. The Beyonder has reached Donna Troy levels of alternate backgrounds which isn't an easy thing to do.
