Beyonder (Pre Retcon) Possible Downgrade?

So I recently found this image where the Beyonder himself states that he is limited to time. An infinite dimensional being should not be limited to such things. What could this mean?

Well, he just stated that he likely had to keep his own history consistent within this Fantastic Four story. He has been stated outright to be spatially infinite-dimensional.

Being bounded by linear time is fully possible for a High 1-B. It just means that the infinite dimensions are spatial
