Best Sportsman for every Tier

As the title implies, this thread is about the best sportsman/woman, who will all be ranked by, as you have already expected, VSB's tiering system.

RULES

- Obviously, this is not about how strong the sportsman is, but rather how skilled they are at the sport they practice!

• You can nominate as many characters as you want, but every tier will only have three slots, so atleast pick some good ones or ones that can replace somebody that is already on that tier.
• Lastly, by sports I mean something generic everyone knows. As in, sports only your middle-aged, beer-loving dad knows about such as football, tennis, baseball, etc. So don't try to be sly and suggest someone that practices martial arts or a random athlete level. (Unsure how to treat E-sports players though...)

Not sure if that counts, but Kiryu is decent at golf, bowling, throwing darts, billiard, fishing and baseball. You could throw singing, dancing, physical training (because that's how he got his ripped body) and his combat prowess under that, considering Colosseum exists.

Do Orion (4-B normally, 2-B at full power, Low 1-C with the Anti-Life Equation | 4-B | Low 1-C) and Black Racer (Low 1-C | At least Low 2-C, possibly higher. Higher as God of Death Flash) count as a skier?
Or Flash (Wally West) (Post-Crisis) (Up to 4-B while running. Possibly Low 1-C when Unmoored) and Sonic the Hedgehog (Archie Pre-Genesis Wave) (Low 2-C | Low 1-C | Low 1-C) count as a runner?
Or Green Arrow (Post-Crisis) (9-A, higher with his strongest arrows) and Hawkeye (Marvel Comics) (9-A physically and with blast arrows. High 7-C with his strongest arrows. 7-B with Nuclear Bomb Arrow) count as an archer?
