This seems like a mismatch. Rimuru doesn't have any 2-C Key. The 2-C in question is his TDL and PTD keys are a suicide attack for the former and a tiebreaker attack for the latter and can only be used when the fight drags on indefinitely, and the former is actually kind of pointless aside from "forcing" an incon, while the latter can turn an incon into a win.

So if Rimuru fights with his PTD (High 4-C) key, he'll either insta-win via madness passive, or loses against Conceptual Manipulation. If he fights with his EoS (2-B) key, he not only AP stomps, but also wins via Conceptual Manipulation, since they have the same type, but Rimuru also resists it unlike Arjuna Alter, and same with absorption. So Rimuru can just endlessly regen thanks to mid-godly and immortality type 9.
