In chapter 318 Farnese summons the four elemental kings and one of them manifests as an aurora (the king of the east). Even his actual form looks like and may be an aurora, this would also fit his description.
This is a manifestation (and embodiment)
Chapter 210, Schierke explains: Scan 1 2
The spirit (in this case an elemental king) exists in the spiritual world but it can be perceived and felt by everyone if the magic user envisions the figure of the spirit with the mind.
This is different to the light they manipulate to work as a barrier with their power.
Auroras are flashes of light that happen in sequence, therefore this would be a light speed feat for the elemental.
Who else scales?
- The Idea of Evil and The Godhand: The deeper an astral creature the more powerful it is, as the deeper the easier it is to lose one’s individuality (This is also shown when Griffith uses how deep the sword of actuation reaches as a way to explain how powerful it is). The Godhand stand almost at the deepest of the Astral World, with the abyss to their side and only hell below. This means the elemental kings are less deep and so less powerful.
Justification for the pages: "Deeper astral being that the elemental kings, one of which manifested as an aurora, which are flashes of light in sequence"
- Skull Knight: Dodged Femto's telekinesis and jumped over him (chapter 88).
