Supernatural Luck and Probability Manipulation via Causality and Fate Manipulation
He is said to have a very strong fortune, which is probably related to how Causality and Fate manipulation help him get the best possible outcome.

In the case of Supernatural luck, he should already have this in his human key, which is displayed when a poisoned arrow is shot at him but hits the Behelit.

I wouldn't call Ubik's ability time manipulation, is more a mix of Clairvoyance and Illusion Manipulation (for the projection).
He doesn't literally rip a window on the past, it's a projection after all.

The latter seems fine, he was probably sort of protected by fate.
