If this was the case and Goku thought he was remotely impressive or comparable compared to his base form or put up any fight then he literally wouldn't have said this post fight



He literally calls bergamo out on trying to absorb his(goku's) own power and use against him the entire fight basically without having done anything of note himself

And? That was after Bergamo started using his crusher ability, not from the start.

And again, no, Bergamo didn't break a sweat fighting against base Goku, nor the latter did.

Goku had signs of struggeling fighting against Bergamo in his base form, before using Super Saiyan.

Again, Goku said that about not seeing the Bergamo's true strenght, after Bergamo started using his ability, not the other way around.

Bergamo let himself hit, and as Goku was pretty much at his same level of power, of course it was going to hurt.

Letting yourself be hit Imao.


And again, I'm talking about right before the moment Bergamo let himself be hit by Goku.

The Trio de Danger trio also fought Goku early in the ToP, and there weren't any signs of Goku holding back then, Basel could even fight SS1 Vegeta. The Trio de Danger as a whole could take and dish out blows to SS1 Goku and Vegeta individually.

I mean SSJ Goku/Vegeta didn’t get hit at all….
