Bendy books aren't cannon officially

So, as of this tweet, bendy books and all the "more real than the last" 1-A stuff can't even be considered anymore. I for one am happy about it, the bendy series has always been kinda simple in that department, and now it can maintain that spot. What do y'all think?

I can understand Meatly’s reasoning behind this decision. And when the novelizations, particularly Dreams Come to Life, came out because they answered simple questions we had, particularly about who Boris is. But after that, it started getting out of hand and only starting leaving more questions.

This means we’re going to need to start removing stuff like Bendy’s regeneration abilities. And I think feats and statements that watch up with the games' lore can stay. Though I don't know what we’re going to dowith additional statements, regarding of a feat or statement from the books that also add further context regarding a feat or statement from the games. Because canon or not, the games and books have many parallels.

I don't think regeneration has to be removed necessarily, just the reasoning changed, due to the fact that the keepers did experiments on him, and he has no lasting damage, however, when he gets his hand cut off in the book, that is no longer a Canon thing that happened, which restores the consistency that Bendy is invulnerable so that's nice

I just realized I contradict myself there with the keepers experimenting on him thing and then immediately mentioning that he's invulnerable, my point being is he doesn't have a one-off anymore of being harmed by some rando

Yeah that why I suggested regeneration gets removed because in the games Bendy doesn’t regenerate from attacks but tanks them and like you said Wilson and the Keepers (who are extremely intelligent scientists) came to the conclusion that terminating Bendy was “impossible” through physical means and Bendy doesn’t even express any emotion of pain during the process according to their words. So I wouldn’t mind the idea of regenerating getting replaced Invulnerability at least for his Ink Demon or Beast form but we’ll need to see what the mods say ig.

If you remember, Bendy is not a single universe but canonically stated as a Multiverse in the mainline, thus alternate versions of characters and their universes ontologically will co-exist, which is further supported by The Meatly's statement that there will be crossovers between these

Regardless of these changes, due to the connection between these medias, there should be a pathway between these two, most notably is The Cycle. The book version is explicitly depicted to be the in-game version, without contradiction as if it was only one. The first game also implied The Cycle itself exist in many iterations, evident by the fact that the realm changes whenever its reset. This makes me think it's possible for the factors that matches/adding to information while not breaking the plot continuum, can be taken as indirect canon. Just considered that events from books don't take place at a same background and era

Maybe someone can create cosmology page to clarify these relations

Oh, Bendy: Lone Wolf just came out and it confirmed Boris the Wolf is Daniel Lewek in DCtL.
So my theory ironically seems true. Hard to believe
