So I was looking at the Chrono Navigator page... the hell does 2-B over time mean?

Either change the reasoning for the tier or remove it. What's currently there makes no fricking sense.

Maybe 2-B via Time-Line Manipulation or something like that... but hell to the no to 2-B over time.

I move to remove the 'over time' part and lock the page since it's such a vital part of the Ben Ten Mythos.

Yeah I talked to DDM about this, 2-B over time basically doesn’t exist (or at least not with one prolonged attack). Even to keep up with the expansion of the amount of timelines the device would need to be 2-B.
