Ben fights a hostile red alien he never seen before

One alien I could think of that would be the perfect counter to Carnage is NRG, he can resist Carnage's mind control due to having resisted the Lucubra's mind manipulation (Though this could be due to his suit, though it wouldn't matter anyway as Carnage's tendrils won't be able to get past the vents or penetrate NRG's suit due to his true form being composed of very hot radiation), Carnage would also struggle to restrain NRG as he could easily burn through his webs. His radioactive heat rays would also do tremendous damage to him. Even though Carnage can resist fire and heat better than any other symbiote, he is still weak to it due to being a latter not to mention he doesn't appear to have a resistance to radiation. So for now I'm voting Ben

Also like, at best with heat and sound, you're repelling him. You're not killing him or something

Well his heat rays should at least be hotter than his magma attacks which can be as hot as 1,250 degrees Celsius, than again Carnage has survived re-entry which can be as hot as 1,650 degrees. Ben could also ignore Carnage’s attacks and durability with aliens like Big Chill and Ghostfreak where he can freeze Carnage from the inside or incapacitate him with Possession

Ben could also encase Carnage in crystal with Diamondhead, like he once did to Malware, who does have some similarities to Carnage

In regards to encasing, Carnage can manipulate his structure on a molecular level. He isn't getting encased anytime.

Although, if the argument rn is "intangibility gg" this is a stomp :v
