Close quarters combat is an optimal option for Hela. Superior agility would allow her to avoid SR's attacks while using weapons for both close and long range to dispatch Shockrock's body.

SR attacks are unpredictable, being super creative Shock Rock has "energy eruption" attacks which comes from underground. He can build energy up and unexpectedly erupt it when shield it down. Hela won't be expecting this


there are other creative attacks that Hela won't be expecting that doesn't involve SR being physical with her such as "The Blumerrang" which comes back to attack enemies and work as a Homing Attack.

SR precison and aiming is very good as he can hit target from dozens of meters away making the chances of Blumerrang missing very less.

So, in summary. This mainly comes down to who attacks/hits the given the opponent first. Hela's acrobatics and experience lessen her ability to get hit but the homing attacks will eventually hit her even if she initially dodges them. How would she counter Shockrock's regeneration tho?

Even if she has it, duraneg hits can still regen, so I don't think it's a proper answer, as that'd be regen negation.

From memory, thousands of years battling alongside Odin and stomping every single character from Asgard, which includes Thor, Valkyrie, Loki and Heimdall, meaning she stomps a hell lot more on the MCU

I'd say more than compare,
I think he can match Hela in skill, it took a little while but i found some top the enemies he has faced and what they have acomplished. Since this show does get interstellar beings.

Experience and Intelligence:

• Ben he was able to defeat and outsmart Hex who is a 10,000 year old magican with vast knowledgable of dimensional portals, magic and spells 0:18 (who was amplified by dozens of magic books during their battle but Ben outsmarted him multiple times despite his magic amplifications and defeat him)
• Harmed and defeated warlord 3000+ year old Vilgax who has conquered 10 planet and a "Supergenius" who co-created Omnitrix alongside Azmuth (in this version of the show)
• Ben was able to fight against Agent Six who is titled "Sixth deadliest swordsmen on Earth" yet Ben was able to hold his own against him during "Ben Gen 10" Crossover.
• Stayed awake for 24 hours straight to save the city from every villain in Ben 24.
• Defeated Vilgax and the Weatherheads (3 different weather robots) at the same time (1 vs 3 fight) even tanked their most powerful attack "the perfect storm" which is visible from outerspace on Earth's continent
• Ben was able to harm and defeatt Kraab and SixSix (In a 2 vs 1) bounty hunter fight.

Ben on consisent bases has defeated (1 vs 3) opponents at the same time.

For reference on how good Vilgax and Shock rock species commander High Override is:

Vilgax himself co- designed the Omntrix device that transform you into millions of aliens, Conqueror of 10 planets. Knows it's shortcuts, secrets and functions.
Shock rock species commandar, The High Override is the destroyer and conqueror of planets who leads his army to conquer planets (of other aliens such as four arms planet & Earth), High Override and shock rock species constant planterary battles lead to destruction of his own species planet . Shock rock speces are called Fulmini from planet FULMAS they are soldiers with natural warrior instinct as they are constantly battling with other planets & conquering them, yet was defeated by Ben. Shock rock scales above all previous aliens as the sole purpose of his introduction was to face "cosmic threats". infact Vilgax fears Fulmini army and describe them as the most powerful empire in cosmos and vilgax failed against them in combat.

So with these feats at display, i'd say he can match some of the Top 5 deadliest enemies from Earth and space.

She can BFR him through proper strategies. She has Dimensional Travel through Portal Creation. All she needs to do is make a portal and make Ben follow her and trap him in Asgard where she has Accelerated Development to gain higher AP/Durability.
