How wouldn't it be valid reasoning. That's the same a allowing "I vote Beerus via Hakai" before any arguments were made. It would still count. It's weak, but still a vote. But I'm not in the mood for arguing.

I am pretty sure Beerus doesn't attack the soul directly, even if he did Ragna would resist it. As a Digimon's very existence (Mind, Soul, etc) is protected by the 1s and 0s that make up the physical body.

Either way, vote is removed.

Drago, I never meant to say that Beerus would use it right away but that eventually he would in battle.

He would have to do so before his mind and soul are completely destroyed or he get hakai'd. Both fighters are on a timer as it is only a matter of time before either or gets erased by the other.
