What even is the difference between a Ghost's intangibility and non-corporeality though? Hell, what even is the difference between Intangibility and Non-Corporeality? The whole point of Intangibility is you becoming non-corporeal at will

Anyways, HER likely wins this due to Power Nullification, and vastly higher durability than anything Beerus can pull, as well as Void Manipulation

Intangible: You do have a physical body, but it's currently 404 unreachable.
