If a character becomes the narrator, and due to that can change the plot flip pages ahead and see the future and no longer has a form due to it what would that grant?

Is that just plot manipulation?

Just plot normally

But depending on how they became the narrator more abilities can be given

When you say how do you mean the method or the state at which they’re narrator?

For context, their world was erased. Story was undone but somehow they ended up as the narrator.
Hmm, was the verse erased as space and time or just like destroying 3-A stuff?

If it's the prior than you could potentially give them BDE1

The multiverse was erased but hmm I hadn’t even considered BDE.

But they weren’t just cosmology erased they were removed from the story. Their in a “between the pages” place.

“Where are we?

A blank page. Whatever filled the space has already been moved. Perhaps they've become reality. I'm quite happy for them! What's left behind are the hopefuls. The ideas that used to exist in the past, and still do in another time and space, but not here. Maybe one day, they'll be born with fresh new memories. As for something like me or the other protagonist, here is where we'll stay. Snoop around. You'll find them.”

And this

“The Wait

I don't know how long I've been waiting. Nothing exists here except for ideas and a little hope. There are others like me out in the blank space, and we became companions but…Some disappear, losing any chance of being born. Others get their chance. Cyrus wasn't close to me, but I was horribly jealous when he left. I hate despair and envy more than loneliness. Since then, I've decided to wait on my own.”
