Well, took long enough to get this made, and im sure a lot of you have already seen most of this so lets just jump into it.

Proposed Upgrades:

High 6-A:

Considered a creature of the sea due to its fish-like body and multiple tentacle-like arms, Fidelity departed from the ocean to impart humanity with their primeval memories. Those who forgot their past and begin to disrupt the serenity of life are often dragged by this angel to the darkest depths of the ocean. The ocean is a sacred place, the area of Earth that is closest to Paradiso, as the intense water pressure of the depths means it has remained untouched by human hands since the beginning of time. A large celestial veil covers the sea's expanse, and until this day there has never been a human who has witnessed the seas in their entirety. The Hierarchy of Laguna on Fidelity

The changes of a new era will always give birth to new angels. This is because angels are given form by the fears, doubts, and prayers mankind bases its faith on--feelings which change with mankind's material obsessions. As a notably advanced being even compared to other angels, Urbane, a Virtue in the angelic hierarchy, is said to be shaped by the subconscious fears of humans. In modern eras, he often appears as a giant with a ball and chain on each of his arms. Urbane's power to reduce the triumphs of civilization to mere ashes with a single swing of his arm most likely reflects the subconscious fears man harbors toward both the natural world and their own society. The Hierarchy of Laguna on Urbane

  • All Third and Second Sphere Angels - Fidelity are among the fodder ranks of The Hierarchy of Laguna
  • Weaker Demons - Even fodder demons are considered so powerful that a Witch or a Sage is needed to stop them
  • Mictlantecuhtli - Capable of casually killing a Greed
4-C:

A goddess of Inferno who controls time and the sun. It is said that she can determine a person's fate by gazing upon the long shadow that forms between their body and the light extending from the land of the dead. By binding a contract with Khepri and forfeiting their soul, one can gain an almost infinite knowledge of time and the secret technique to control it.The Book of Infernal Demons on Madama Khepri

Within the nine ranks of the angelic hierarchy, the highest ranking Seraphim are charged with governing the love and zeal of The Creator. The pure white armored Gracious and the black armor-clad Glorious are often sighted in pairs; however, their existence itself remains legend, subject to rumors of varied veracity. Supposedly gifted with incredible god-like powers there are no records of Gracious or Glorious appearing on the battlefield of evil; however, it is said this is because a mere taste of their power is enough to destroy the world, devastating all its path - both the record and the record-keeper.The Hierarchy of Laguna on Gracious and Glorious

  • Bayonetta (1st Game Base)
  • All 1st Sphere Angels
  • The Audito (Fortitudo, Temperantia, Iustitia, and Sapientia, as well as their respective Sequi) - Superior to any normal Angel, Able to contend with demons on the same level
  • Jeanne (Base) - Fought Bayonetta to a standstill numerous times, Capable of knocking Sapientia around with casual kicks
  • Rodin (Base) - Casually blocked a punch from Madama Butterfly, Planned to take on Alraune on his own, Regularly defeats Demons strong enough to injure him
  • Balder (1st Game Base) - Broke Gomorrah's neck and tore Scolopendra to pieces
  • Little King Zero - Comparable to Bayonetta
  • Madama Butterfly, Styx, and Khepri - Butterfly and Styx are comparable to Khepri
  • Loki - Can open the Gates of Hell through sheer force, Overpowered an Insidious, Should be comparable to Young Loptr
  • Loptr (Young) - Killed Rosa
  • Alraune (Base) - Rivals with Madama Butterfly
  • Rosa - Can damage Fortitudo and Temperantia
  • Resentment - Can force the Gates of Hell to open through sheer willpower
  • Insidious - The Demonic version of Resplendence, Temporarily stalemated Loki
  • Gomorrah - Killed base Jeanne
  • Malphas - Can kill Fortitudo and Inspired
  • Hekatoncheir - Can kill Temperantia and easily restrain and dispose of Sapientia
  • Scolopendra - Can kill Iustitia, Shattered Balder's barrier
  • Phantasmaraneae - Can tear Sapientia to pieces
  • Labolas - Can kill Gomorrah, Can fight Fortitudo
  • Baal - Can easily overpower a Resentment
  • Hydra - Can fight Sapientia and easily kill a Valiance
  • Diomedes - Capable of slicing Glamors to pieces
High 4-C:

  • Bayonetta (Left Eye) - Immensely superior to her base form, Can fight and seriously injure Jubileus
  • Bayonetta (2nd Game Base) - Can fight on par with Balder and Loptr, Defeated Alraune, Stronger than the likes of Gomorrah, Resentment, Valiance, Valor, and Glamor, The sheer shift in energy alone from her amplifying an Umbran Armor with her own power was enough to obliterate a Resplendence
  • Balder (Right Eye) - Comparable to Left Eye Bayonetta
  • Balder (2nd Game Base) - Can casually kill Labolas with a single attack, Fought Bayonetta to a standstill several times
  • Jeanne (True Witch) - Capable of dealing serious damage to Jubileus' body
  • Jubileus - Even depowered she is immensely superior to any Angel
  • Sheba - Even depowered she is immensely superior to any Demon
  • Loptr (Right Eye) - Comparable to depowered Jubileus and Sheba, Destroyed Labolas and Hydra with casual blasts
  • Loptr (Prophet) - Overpowered Balder, immensely stronger than his younger self
  • Omne - Stronger than Jubileus and Sheba
  • Alraune (Transformed) - Immensely superior to her base form, Had the potential to overthrow Sheba as ruler of Inferno
  • Rodin (Father) - Immensely more powerful than his base form, Considered only slightly weaker than Jubileus
  • Rodin (Infinite One) - Immensely more powerful than his base form, Considered the most dangerous Demon in Inferno which would put him far above the likes of Alraune

I admit skeptical about 4C to High 4C Bayonnetta off statements.

Also, are we sure she's High 4C with the eye? I'm not sure what the difference between 4C and High 4C is but still.

Also, dropping 3A I see :p

@Gargoyle The difference between 4-C and High 4-C is just barely over 2

And i'm saving the 3-A stuff for another time

Fidelities maintaining a veil over the ocean, which is so large that the ocean that we see is far smaller than its true size

A lot of things are given from statements, like her MFTL speeds from chasing Irenic.

Edit: How does maintaining a veil equate to AP? A veil in this sense sounds like something that was casted to hide something else. It sounds like range more than AP imo.

And yes, a veil would be more related to illusions with range, not AP. Plus, multiple Fidelities, not a singular angel.

This I was also curious about, it's the same reason for Why Jubileus, Aesir and Sheba are a few thousand times above Universal

Hmm...i see what you mean...

What of Urbane's feat?

"Urbane's power to reduce the triumphs of civilization to mere ashes with a single swing of his arm"

This is REALLY vague? What is defined as a civilization here? It would likely be 6-A at its highest interpretation (Destroying large countries large USA and Russia), and its lowest it's probably in the Tier 7.

Country level would probably be safe, I think?

I don't know, it is really vague, and unless they needed it to be tiered, or there was supplemental context, I wouldn't use it tbh.

Controlling the sun...I'm skeptical because of the lack of feats for that. Even when performed by God Tiers of the verse such as Sheba feats only go up to Large Planet

A Large Planet level feat that can be shrugged off like its nothing after recieving a massive beatdown while in a weakened state...

"lack of feats"

You know that's not exactly good justification to deny a statement, right? Even without "feats", we accept statements all the time.

A bit off topic but does anyone have a link to Balder's moon bust? I keep hearing about it but can never find it for some reason
