Spider-Man due to having more experience in fighting, more agile, precognition helps him a lot, he has the range advantage with his webs that allow him to just trap Mr. Bean and get free hits.

Mr. Bean wins Via a Large large gap in strength and durability. His supernatural luck and probability manipulation makes it even harder for spiderman to touch him. Let alone even cause much of any damage, and should be able get in the one good hit he needs to take down Spider-Man. Especially since he can be overconfident. Precognition gives spiderman the speed. And helps counter stealth. But Beans strength, durability, supernatural luck, and bad luck to other people. Plus still being fairly proficient in combat.

Nah. His wall feat should put him in the millions on Joules. The average wall feat since its brick should get him in the Mid Millions. Since it V frag to pulverized. Parker at least is in the 3 million joules at least thanks to the wooden wall feat. Should be a decent amount higher since he also makes a small hole in a brick wall which is tougher. Bean is still stronger. But certainly no AP stomp.
