Rules:
Note cannot use his Mech, any gerenades, TNT, C4s, or anything that goes boom. Base Ikki, but he can use Ittou Shura or Ittou Rasetu at any time. Both get a day of prep time. In-character, but they're serious about killing each-other.
(We can change the rules at any time to make the fight more fair, such as equalizing speed.)
The match takes place in an abandoned city.
Situation (OPTIONAL):
A mysterious man gives Note an assassination job: Kill a man named Ikki Kurogane. He'll get "something special" for killing him with only his guns or even "something better" without them. He'll be wandering around *insert abandoned city name here* 1 day from then, and he'll have to prepare.
A mysterious man contacts Ikki and says that Stella has been kidnapped by a man named Note. He'll be wandering around *insert abandoned city name here* 1 day from then, and he'll have to prepare. The man will also says that he's working with Note, and he'll only let Stella go unless he kills Note.
"Reward" For Winning (OPTIONAL):
Note: His "Reward" would be a nuke will be triggered as soon as he gets near the vacinity of his workshop, killing him.
Ikki Kurogane: His "Reward" would be Stella getting killed before his own eyes, and cannot do anything about it.
Bonus Round (OPTIONAL):
Who would figure out they've been set-up first, Note or Ikki, and if they do find out they've been set-up to kill each-other, how would you think they would react and do?
