Yes, Nocturne's Passives can affect Non-Existence Physiology Type 1 (the same thing it has itself), Abstract Existence Type 2 is only Immortality Type 8 on Concepts and doesn't matter if the Passives either don't kill him or passively keep killing him as soon as hes reborn.

Also, doesn't matter if the Hax is 1-B or High 1-A, if its not Passive then then it won't work before a Passive.
