they are both contracted to kill each other.
they know the other is after their lives, but don't know much about the other other than being a highly trained soldier.

it is not that I set them in a arena and let them fight it out, it is more of an who is the better assasin type of thing, with their diffrent tactics, in a situation where they have the same weapons and stuff.

The OP can't close threads first of all, only staff can do that

and second of all 47's apsolute strongest weapons ever can't even scratch Big Boss, or pretty much anybody in Metal Gear that has a profile.

Oh and Big Boss turns 47 into red paste by touching him with knife, gun, or bare hands.

Big Boss literally breathes. He's Tier 8 for crying out loud. Tactics simply isn't going to save 47 here.
