Them being bloodlusted wouldn't change much. They'd just be more violent.

Batman would be doing anything possible to kill Spider-Man (and vice-versa), so Batman wouldn't be able to hide because hiding wouldn't help him accomplish this goal.

Okay, but if he's planning against Spider-Man, the match isn't over, is it? Besides, he already has 3 months of prep time, he probably doesn't need more.
