60s Spidey’s definitely needs more stuff added to it, including a potential upgrade in AP and LS given his some of his feats, but I’ll play along for now

No matter which of the human vaporization calc ends you use for Spidey, he still takes the AP/Durability advantage here. DCAU Batman is the better fighter, but I don’t think that’ll give him to win here. Any equipment or methods Bruce has for stealth or sucker punch attacks gets hard countered by the Spider-Sense. Especially since he’s been able to hear a cry for help from a freighter while he was deep in the city, guide a plane’s landing through a violent storm thanks to his senses, easily navigate and fight within areas covered in smoke, and detect opponents behind walls. Even if we assume the smoke is going to be able trouble in his lungs, the guy’s just got a gas mask on him and thanks to his senses, he’s gonna be able to put that on well before he has a chance of getting jumped

Then when you get into Spidey’s webbing…I mean, shit. I can’t really see Batman getting around that. Aside from that fact that Spidey’s got a Class 10 LS advantage, both with and without his webbing, he has an insane amount of versatility at his disposal. He can reflect attacks, form weapons stronger than tempered steel, spin giant ass nets up. Really, that last one itself could be really potent because Batman’s not sporting the agility to dodge webbing that could literally cover AN ENTIRE SUBMARINE being tossed at him. It’s also worth mentioning Peter’s just….always making stronger variants of his webbing. The point I’m trying to get at is due to how often Spidey uses his insane webbing, he can incapacitate his opponent here pretty damn easily

On top of that, having Pressure Points isn’t a bad advantage in Spidey’s favour
