The first thing that finds him is a pack (4) of Velociraptors.

Batman outsmarts, the outspeeds, and finishes off with a Bat Kamehameha. So I'll go for Batman.

Batman with standard equipment? it's a stomp. He can very easily deal with a raptor blitz, regularly goes days without rest or food tanking whatever rogue he's tracking throws at him as a destraction(explosions, random ambushes, the occasional super lackey, well trained assassins, toxins, etc[in stories like Hush and Court of the Owls sometimes even all within the same 3 days]) he can easily harm the raptors with his bare hands, and his cape can cause easy distractions and adequate shielding. Not to mention his insane stealth and escape artist abilities or his how did he have the time to learn all this survival skills.

w/ equip he wins 10/10 without he wins 7/10 until you throw in bigger bads or larger packs.

The only part of this i disagree with is the harming with hands, since the raptors get shot with rifles, machine guns, and a grazing rocket launcher in Jurassic World, and get's shot by a shotgun in Jurassic Park by Doctor Grant.

I was thinking Bat Kick or insane pressure point techniques when typing that. He's also technically strong enough to just beat a raptor with another raptor if the correct situation occurs. But yeah you're right that they would shrug off most of his standard kicks and punches.
