Batman (DCEU) vs Iron Man (MCU)

Location: Manhattan (Empty) SoM: In Character

• Batman is in his Armor
• Tony is in his Avengers 1 Armor (Ending battle)
• Both have a month of prep
• Both have logical knowledge of each other.
• Bruce has Alfred backing him
• Tony has Friday

Logical Knowledge = Information they could can gather on each other via, their satellites, news articles and spectator perspective of their fights and hacking. So for example, Bruce would know Tony Stark is Iron Man because it's public info.

Setting: Tony in his suit meets up with Batman who is in his Jet. They are trying to talk things out while hovering over Central Park when they both get irritated and dialogue breaks down. Their goal is to take each other out without killing, but will kill if its the only way to end the fight.

Who wins and by lethal or non-lethal methods?

On another note, Bats is in a freaking jet to start the fight!? That's a unique stipulation if I ever seen one, almost as fun as Nappa in a car vs the Narutoverse.
