Batgirl Justification Addition

Very simple revision here, I just want to add these scans to Batgirl’s speed justification in her second key.

• When not holding back, she struck Batman so fast that he didn’t perceive it. (Batgirl Vol. 1 #1, April 2000)
• Casually dodged attacks from Batman. (Batgirl Vol. 1 #9, December 2000)

She already scales above Batman in speed and scales from her own calcs, this is just adding reinforcement.
