Bastard: Dark Schneider's Speed Rating

The wiki currently has DKL at Rel+, despite him being far superior to Majin form and base (both listed at MFTL+). Why?

It's been years since I read it but I think because it was stated to be that speed in manga.

Well, if his slower forms have higher speed feats that contradict this statement, I think that we should change it to MFTL+ instead.

Note 2: Seeing that Dark Schneider's Dragon Knight Lucifer form has shown to be far superior in comparison to his Majin and Post-Timeskip Base form, it is highly unlikely that Dragon Knight Lucifer has drastically slowed down from his previous forms, despite the statement in the manga where his speed is stated to be only Relativistic+. Hence, the Massively FTL+ rating would still apply to this form, as there is no reason for DKL to be that much slower in comparison to his weaker forms.
