base Naruto speed?

how fast is current Base naruto(Boruto saga) is he MHS or MHS+?? im not sure.. cause on the page his atleast MHS+ but are they reffering to his Tailed beast form or base?. the reason im asking this question is because if his base is MHS then he should be upgraded to MHS+ as in the boruto manga he was shown being able to react and dodge momoshiki's attacks and he is MHS+, if he is already MHS+ then its fine but just wanted a solid answer. kind regards shadow

I don't know, but I definitely agree with what you're saying he should be MHS+ in base

He should be MHS+ since the war as he kept up with Rinnegan Sasuke and at this point, the Kage are MHS+ and there's no way they're faster than Naruto.
