1) Look at other DB threads I want DB to hit 2-C with someone else other than Zeno and non-canon game characters.

As Dragonmasterxyz said, this is not how it works. Low 2-C requires destroying the 4-D space-time of a universe. So far, Goku and Beerus have only displayed capabilities of destroying the 3-D contents within a Universe, which is only 3-A.
