Conditions:
  • Speed unequalized;
  • Bart have 3 hours of prep time;
  • Both are 8-c;
  • Bart have optional equipment;
  • Starting distance is 20 meters;
  • Battle takes place in Quahog;
Jumbo Josh scales to: this
Bart Simpson scales to: this; this and this (possibly this);

Advantages:
Bart Simpson have: 2,04x speed advantage; possibly 1,002 durability advantage
Jumbo Josh have: 1,3x AP advantage (possibly durability advantage as well); 194,78x Lifting strength advantage;

Giving the edge to Bart here. Bart has more skill than Jumbo josh and can capitalize on the prep time to make cherry bombs.

That's the reason I gave him prep time, since I think it would be a stomp for Jumbo Josh if Bart was in a close combat
 
Jumbo Josh's Lifting Strength is a huge advantage against Bart Simpson who only has Class 10 Lifting Strength. Jumbo will just crush him to death before Bart does anything (Jumbo Josh's attack and combat speed isn't that slow, which is just Subsonic, but I admit that Bart is over Subsonic+, but I don't see Bart winning this against a green gorilla (yeah, prep time likely, but not by himself))

How does Josh catch him with that speed difference? They start 20 meters apart and Bart can just keep backing away while shooting and hurling bombs at him.
 
Adding on to this, Josh is beyond stupid with no skill.
Weaknesses: Highly aggressive with no real strategy in fighting.

So Bart will easily be able to just well.. yeah.. outskill him.

This match should have been closed by a staff if I'm too late to respond. A kid doesn't have enough LS to knock out even Jurassic Park dinosaurs🥀 (I scale them differently than what vsbw profile says, so don't even start). I don't have to vote if the match is ended, so ofc.

Bart is superhuman, but Josh scales nearly 0.9 tons of tnt (which is 0.2 greater than Bart's in tons of tnt)

I'm kinda sad that you got there way too late. I knew that wasn't a stomp, but sadly match up ended up being one sided in votes

You're not exactly "right" since it's most likely 50/50, since, you know, Bart is faster and smarter, also can launch bombs at him, but Jumbo could eventually catch him or throw some heavy things at him and win that way. 1,3x ap gap is not that high actually, 8x gap is when one shot/no selling attack could be argued

Also don't take that like an insult, since other voters (myself included) aren't exactly right as well. This battle could go either way and is really speculative, that's how fair match ups work, where you can make arguments for each side and decide which outcome is most likely would happen
