Bart Simpson vs Izuku Midoriya

Bart knows several martial arts, but he has never shown how effective they are, so we don't know if they could work against someone with a large amount of experience fighting against a plethora of different opponents with many abilities (Quirks).

So I'm going with Deku for reasons above.

Well. We would know he is a higher tier with them because they specifically said he mastered them. But someone within his skill level can easily take him down depending on their level of skill and experience

Although with that statement, we could only assume real-life level of martial arts, which would be completely incapable of overcoming Quirks such as Overhaul or Elasticity, even with speed equalized.

Deku FRA. It's kinda funny how Deku has shown at least one judo throw (I think what Deku did against Bakugo and Shinso was called Tai Otoshi) while Bart has mastered martial arts but never used them.

Martial Skill goes to Bart hands down. Deku is self-didact and has no formal training. He's just a glorified brawler with a bunch of Dante's Trickster Style moves to gain mobility, but in H2H he'd get rekt by anyone with a bit of formal training.

Saying Deku is more skilled than Skinner just because he trains is ridiculous. The man was a green beret and is trained in martial arts as well. Bart clashed evenly with him not letting gain the upperhand in any moment. On top of that Bart has shown Karate moves and even stomped Kearnie and Dolph using the moves Wayne taught to him, who's a special agent way better than Skinner. This argument of Bart not using skill is ignoring these events.

So ? He still losses at the end of the day even if he's more skilled Deku has every other advantage. I'm not the type of person to argue a point that won't really change the fight which in this case is Deku beating Bart.

I'm not saying Bart would win. I'm just debunking the arguments that say Bart doesn't use skill or isn't skilled at all.

Deku has literally fought 3 characters with analytical precognition, and UA is definitely more skilled than the army (a master of all martial arts is considered skill fodder there, remember?)
Can this get context?

Right, tail boi is meant to be a master of martial arts and has never really been thought of in terms of skill/ tactical ability or whatever compared to characters like Bakugou and Deku (who scale to each other somewhat)

He is black belt at most, given his epithet as the "Martial Arts Hero" and his karate gi with black belt.

Bart's statement doesn't really convince at all, he knows several martial arts, but possesses not feats with them, making them real-life level at most. And needless to say, that level of skill wouldn't be enough to face the characters that Deku has fought (Danmaku, crazy prediction abilities, invisible air walls, dozens of unpredictable spikes, etc).

"At most". Ehh. I'm gonna have to say that's a minimum. Not a max. It would be downplaying his skill to say he would be any less or even potentially could be less.

I assumed everyone would know what I was talking about, I don't want to get tied into this thread fairly sure it was stated in some guidebooks and in that chapter where 1-A was training before the license exam
