How do you fight someone who is in your head? Who is only your imagination? Besides they both can spam teleport. Also being afraid isn't as much of a factor as your making it out to be. I could scared of snakes but that doesn't mean I am not going to attack it.

Barney also has empathic manip, so he can sence Barney.Exe and then just find out that Barney.exe fears Barney himself, automatically expelling him from Barney´s mind, alowing Barney to then use his existance erase on him.

Barney insta-wins by being the real one, the one .EXE is afraid of, and that's how you defeat him.

If .EXE wasn't inside Barney's mind, he could universe bust and kill off all concepts made by humans such as numbers and letters, along with the children, the doll and Barney himself, and he wouldn't be able to regen. But he's not, he's inside Barney's mind, and he deathly fears him, so yeah, it's a victory for Barney. Not a stomp due to the difference in tiers and ablities, though.

Also, how long it takes for Barney.Exe to universe bust? Because Barney´s empathic manip passivelly makes anyone near him friendly to kids, and the fact that he can make a portal to escape it.
