both are equally but soifon got trashed thanks to baraggans time diletion power, in close combat barr will win easily even without full-mode...

in mid-range i give it to onoki but only because his dust release is faster than baragans respira,

in long range onoki thanks to faster atomization power...

therefore i vote for onoki mid-diff (if he stays at a good distance, barragan is fast), 65/100 fights ^_^

BUT: i have 2 things im not sure about, we of course use verse equal right?

can respira affect dust release? it should be able to destroy it like it destroyed kido-barriers..

and: can barragan be immune to dust release since he is immune to respira too? (on the surface at least)

if either of this cases is a "yes" than i change my vote to barragan mid-diff, 96/100 fights ^_^

Inconclusive. Both ignore durability and meet eachother head on in every other category. It is just a matter of who draws first.

nothing is inconclusive , Baraggan can respira onoki's ability like he did with kido . Ōnoki not have anything to protect himself and speed equal make him vulnerable to defeat by baraggan

i say its a draw onoki can destroy things on atom levels and the other guy can decay or age them easily so inconclusive
