He left his little pieces of blood in order to regenerate, this is why he has at least Low-High Regenerationn, which is able to regenerate from a puddle/drop of blood, or a small piece of your body.

And what about this ? it stated they tried to burn him and he still come back which mean he regen from being dust no?

Ban and i think the fire did not destroyed his body as he regenerated when he was burning.

Why? There is no reason to think they didnt burn him completely

Because there are no weapons in order to vaporize and regenerating from being burned does not qualify Mid-High, one example is Juggernaut.

But from what i see the definition of Mid High regen is regen from being dust,which burning do

When a character is burned, it only remains the skeleton, which regenerating from it is Mid like what happened to Juggernaut.
