the problem is, Bang didnt trained during the 7-A to the High 7-A key, what happend is because against Garou (High 7-A), he just choosed to use full power, as we can see in this entire chapter, so, the first 7-A key need to be merged with the High 7-A one, it will be like

7-A, possibly higher, at least High 7-A with Awakening Breath, possibly higher
