We see them generating their own individual shockwaves in the scan I sent.

It is 2 streams of multiple shockwaves. One of the streams being made from Bomb, and the other one made by Bang.

Well regardless or not of the scan, it wouldn't make sense for bomb to be the only one contributing to their combined attack, so I guess it makes sense for bang too.

That is a reason. The move was a combo attack and if you can't showcase other examples of Bang producing a shockwave they were probably from Bomb.

We literally see shockwaves coming from Bang though?

Do you have another example of this power in action? Because if the only appearance is a combo attack with Bomb its more likely an indication of their fused style than anything.
