Anyway so uh. Based on their profiles:

Bane is above Batman's Explosive Gel, which is 0.007 tons based on this calc

So Jack has a pretty sizable AP Advantage here.

Bane doesn't really have anything to stop Jack from just crippling him with his bites, tbh. His jaw can tear through the flesh of opponents who are physically comparable to him, so he should have no problem crippling Bane, or inflicting serious blood loss.

Outside of that, I'm going to go out on a limb and say he's a better martial artist, due to being able to fight Baki on even footing, so he frankly could probably just slug the shit out of Bane-
