Nightmare is mostly invisible so he's a tricky fighter but Bane has AP(like, WAAAAAY better AP feats), Skill, and intelligence on Nighmare, so he should win fairly easily once he gets the hang of how Nightmare is structured.

I will vote Bane, not only he seens to have far higher AP, Pain resistence should make him able to fight at his fullest even if Nightmare is able to damage him with his teeth and claws, and is a better fighter overall(even if he can't kill nightmare thanks to type 2 immortality, dismantling him should count as incapacitation if he's able to hold It's parts down)
