Balerion's current profile is very incomplete so I did a rework for most of his powers and stats:
Tier: 8-B
Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Flight, Longevity, Fire Manipulation, Breath Attack, Heat Manipulation (Dragonfire can melt iron and stone, his flames melted Harrenhal and forged the Iron Throne), Large Size (Type 2: 281.206 meters) and Natural Weaponry (Teeth, claws and tail), Resistance to Fire Manipulation and Heat Manipulation (Dragon's scales are largely, but not entirely, impervious to flame. As a dragon ages, its scales thicken and grow harder, affording even more protection, leaving dragons nearly immune to fire)
Attack Potency: City Block level+ (Was the largest out of all of the Targaryen dragons, has a GPE of 79.34 tons)
Lifting Strength: Class M (Can support his own weight while flying with his wings)
Striking Strength: City Block Class+
Durability: City Block level+
Stamina: Superhuman (Constantly fought numerous battles during Aegon's Conquest and other wars against the armies of Westeros)
Intelligence: Animalistic (Dragons are intelligent creatures which can be trained to serve as battle mounts and understand vocal commands, can make strong bonds and attachments to those who raise them and care for them)
Weakness: His weakness, "relies on his wings for flight and mobility", should be deleted as it doesn't make sense.
. I also want to add the following quote: "Aegon's dragons were named for the gods of Old Valyria. Visenya's dragon was Vhagar, Rhaenys had Meraxes, and Aegon rode Balerion, the Black Dread. It was said that Vhagar's breath was so hot that it could melt a knight's armor and cook the man inside, that Meraxes swallowed horses whole, and Balerion, his fire was as black as his scales, his wings so vast that whole towns were swallowed up in their shadow when he passed overhead."
