I vote to Stalker FRA. Stalker has more abilities, possibly fought against more combative opponent, has more combat mindset.

Okay, but the whole point of a Vs debate is to formulate an opinion by assessing both combatants' stats and movepools among other things. You can't just say so and so without a decent assessment and call it a day.
Speaking of assessment, I find it hard to assess the Stalker's AP since the idea of people randomly exploding isn't something that had been calculated, nor am I sure if its even calculable. Hm.
