This is more fair. Things aren't looking good for Baldi here. Jason's healing factor makes it nigh-impossible for Baldi to kill him, Teleportation counters Spatial Manipulation, Jason has beaten plenty of people with better Illusion Creation and can easily posses Baldi if Baldi does somehow manage to kill him.

That being said, Baldi's enhanced senses counter Jason's stealth and I think he might be faster. Baldi can win if he slowly widdles him down (Charges full speed, hits him, runs away and casts illusions to slow Jason down, sneak up again and repeat) but his typical strategies makes it unlikely to even attempt this.

Jason wins 9/10 times.
