Well, for now. Bakugou most likely have the AP advantage but it is slight since Jin back scale from someone that is much more powerful than 2.34 tons.

In skill department, while Jin act like a child and sometime prone to being careless, he have enough learning capabilities to catch up with TP spamming opponent with mild trouble and constantly getting stronger as the fight progress.

Jin should have better mobility here with his flight have no real caveat and he also have Attaché Shotgun for range attack as well.

Here is my argument:

Bakugou definitely have AP advantage, especially with his strongest explosive but i was told that he didn't use it until being cornered.

Jin is a overgrown manchild but this rarely affect his fighting capabilities. In fact he went toe-to-toe with Vulcan and Valkyrie, both were trained soldier and more experienced than him, then he can catch up with Zero-One Shining Assault Hopper who can teleport abeit with difficulty.

Bakugo isn't a pushover either, at that point he already have enough experience with fighting criminals and training his quirk. Just watched some of his earlier fights can tell this.

Bakugo have variety of attacks and he spammed them like crazy which put Jin at disadvantage here since he only have Attache Shotgun in use. However Jin also have Scorpion Progrisekey which allow him to shoot a replica of Horobi's Acid Analyze, an attack that can deconstruct enemy at molecular level.

In conclusion, Bakugo have versatility, Jin better mobility mean nothing if Bakugo spam explosive like crazy. On the other hand, Jin have the ability to adapt on fly and quickly react to situation, along with Scorpion Progrisekey which is one-hit-kill move.
