Final War Arc Bakugo can do almost anything this version of Bakugo can but better.

Only thing lacking is physical strength, which is pretty meaningless since both mostly relies on their explosions.

Cluster is a significant boost and he's got more experience over him as well.

Final War Arc Bakugo should take this one rather easily. Not certain how matches like this even work.

OFA Bakugo is literally breaking his body with every attack and will either die or collapse in like one/two minutes of fighting.
