So Papyrus is much stronger and has a range advantage with his Gaster Blasters.

Sonic.exe tends to fool around with his preys at first before eventually killing them physically, so Papyrus definitely has the better battle mindset especially given that he is unlikely to fall for Sonic's usual shenanigans.

Both can teleport so that isn't much of an advantage for each of them.

Sonic's data Manipulation could prove to be a promble however as he has shown great usage of it, but as established above he much more fond of messing with victims at first.
