I think that it would be inconclusive. The bacteriophage isn't a pathogen, so it can't really do much to the Authority who has a massive AP advantage, but the Authority can't really kill it due to its minuscule size

Imo, this feels like an inconclusive between those two, Mini Saikou can't do anything against Mr Windy Victim who in return can't do nothing against Mini Saikou.

For reference, the Phage is 200 nanometers high, while the largest atom we know of is a little bit above a nanometer. Aka these guys aren't that far from the atomic scale.

When I read this, I almost immediately thought it was implying that Saikou was sub-standard in physical attributes before I realized that it meant the abilities that the bacteriophage had.

I'm going with inconclusive due to the reasons above.

Only the most quality of matches, and inconclusive, because if the Authority tries to move to defend himself from the Bacteriophage he will get pimp slapped by the wind, but the Bacteriophage isn't exactly the type that will cause the average human to be bedridden for a couple weeks (or kill them).
