That's because Mewtwo's a Pokemon. Cal is naturally drawn to Pokemon threads. And people seem to follow Cal. And then Kukui may appear. Finally if we're lucky a Rad may appear. It is all marketing. With Vs Threads......

^okay that would be super weird battle dude that negates magic against a dude that kills people randomly, and even if he is to ever get there we should wait to see other of Zeref's abilities since I doubt Blackbeared can defend from death pillar considering that attacks comes from like what... the point where he is standing or something.
