Aight, but for real, we weren't told on how much power Gado needed to release to wake em up. Also, Karaka probably could've woke em up, but it's better if with Bam, so that it's more guaranteed for him to wake up because it's an emergency.

Some time before Karaka and Baam used the Piercing Techinique to wake Yama, Karaka had said that the most important thing was the flow of shinsoo, not power, that is, it was not a matter of being strong or weak at that time, but a matter of owning enough technique to disturb the shinsoo flow on Yama's Body.

Karaka would also probably be able to wake Yama alone, but due to the confusion that was occurring in the cage, he had to hurry up as quickly as possible and had to ask Baam for help, even though he wondered if Baam would have enough skills to help him, but after he ignored this because they needed to act fast.

Baam should definitely get Low 6-B in both AP and dura with the Red Thryssa.

Its stated that the RT can Block Gado's attacks, as well as has been shown to counter them.

If my boy Paul stated that Gado was the biggest threat to their takeover, it means they had to be wary of him.

If Paul is Low 6-B so is Gado.

So I agree with Gado get Low 6-B, he should as strong as Paul, but in general he should still inferior to Karaka and others

I mean, Baam was being overwhelmed by Gado for most of the fight, I don't think Baam and Gado were on par with each other and being able to survive being overwhelmed by someone much stronger than you doesn't make you the same level that person who overwhelm you

Baam stated that he was being overwhelmed by Gado's speed, though. Which makes sense since the Red Thryssa is only a weapo. And not an overall boost to Baam.

Ah, nope, SIU clearly stated that it is the Gado's attacks that are overwhelming Baam in his recent blog that I posted on another thread, not only his speed. In general, Red Thryssa partial transformations give Baam a boost of strength and speed, since before using the partial transformation, Baam was having trouble with Gado's speed while the latter was not fully serious, but after acquiring the partial transformation, Baam was able to surpass the speed from someone who was faster than him previously

Better if Red Thryssa Baam's Key goes like this:

Likely High 7-A, possibly Low 6-B. High 7-A, possibly Low 6-B for First Thorn Boost and Second Metamorphosis

Baam before using First Thorn Boost could barely keep up with Gado after he get serious, so he must have the minimum value, since Baam before using the Second Level is definitely much stronger than a normal Ranker (which are 7-A+), also the "and Second Metamorphosis" is not necessary, since Baam had to resort to First Thorn Boost to reach and enter in conjuction with Second Level to finally cause a major injury on Gado and aren't two separate transformations or boosts like Evankhell with Ancient Spear and Ancient One

I mean, he seems to have admitted that he gave Plot Armor to Baam not to be killed by Gado due to "external circumstances" because he is one of the protagonists, what do you think about that? Should we downgrade Baam Red Thryssa (Transformation) due to the SIU statement or leave he as it is?

This is when you need to give plot armor to your main characters."

This only accounts for Baam surviving an actual fight.Means that Gado could have killed him if unrestrained.

Still stands that Baam damaged Gado. Like it or not, he was given a plot sword.

I think he should still scale on that basis. Damaging Gado is enough to scale.

I personally believe this is going to be something similar to Last Station Arc, in terms of Baams strength in comparison to High Rankers, being able to harm, or at least overwelm High Rankers but not actually equal in power to them.
